The objective pursued by the Mechanical Engineering Degree course is the training of human resources in the various fields of this scientific area with the necessary qualifications, critical spirit and professional ethics to respond to the technological needs of companies and economic organizations, national and international.

Its curricular structure is based on a solid theoretical, theoretical-practical and practical basis of mathematics, physics, design and materials in order to obtain technical and scientific training at a higher level in the fields of mechanical constructions, energy, automation, management, industrial maintenance, simulation and product manufacturing.

The course has a set of laboratories that allow students, in addition to a better understanding of knowledge, to acquire skills of a practical nature, with emphasis on the existence of a workshop laboratory where end-of-course projects are developed at the level of simulation and of execution.
